2018: our ten - year anniversary!
For Now was formed after a group of artists got together in July 2008 to look at ways to support their practice. Our first exhibition in 2009, 'Neither but Both', at Milsom Place, Bath, asked whether art could be a vehicle for transcendence. Exhibiting artists were Elizabeth Knott, Jamie Goodwin, Annette Smith, Stephen Magrath, Hetty Dupays, Felix Wilkinson, Rachel Wilcox and Mark Elliott Smith.

Exhibitions of new work are held approximately biennially.
The Postcard Show Studio 44AD Bath, April 17-22 2018

For two years the For Now artists have taken inspiration from words picked at random to make works of art in any media or method - but all the artworks have had to be the size of an A6 postcard. With six themes and ten artists participating, a large and varied number of works were made using print, paint, collage digital media and photography, of which up to 260 were on show at any given time. 
Due to the positive response from viewers,  work relating to this project may be shown again at another venue later.
